Comments
Every comment on your ads, what the agent decided, and what it did. The feed updates by itself every 30 seconds. It starts with the newest 100; Show older comments brings the next ones.
- Why is the agent's own reason, so you can see how it judges before letting it act alone.
- Reading means the agent has not answered yet. If the AI stays unavailable, it keeps trying for a day. After that the comment shows Failed, and nothing was done with it.
- Waiting for approval: approve, edit or deny each action. Select several to approve or deny them together. A long list has pages, and sorting a column sorts all of them. Edit changes the reply before it is sent, and it goes as you write it. Denied comments say so in the feed.
- Agent: show one comment agent's comments. An agent's "See its comments" opens the feed this way.
A comment agent
- Comment agents live in Agents, with the voice and WhatsApp agents: "+ New agent", then "Handle comments on your ads". The "Comment agents" button on Comments goes there.
- An agent reads every comment on its ads, hides spam and abuse and answers questions in your brand's voice.
- At first a person approves every hide and reply, and replies link to the ad's own page. You can change both.
- Default agent: handles every ad that no other agent covers. Add campaigns, ad sets or ads to another agent to give them their own context.
- Replies per Page per hour: at most 60, to stay within Meta's limits.
- Try a comment: see what the agent would do with a comment. Nothing is posted. It uses the saved settings, so save your changes first.
The link in a reply
- The ad's own link looks like the business's own site and carries the tracking.
- A short link counts every click, then goes to the same page with the same tracking.
- Backup page: used when the ad's own page cannot be found, or always if you choose so.
- UTM tags are added to the link. The ad's campaign, ad set and ad IDs are always added too.
- Replies never contain other links, phone numbers or mentions.
