Words
The words on screen, and what they mean.
| On screen | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lead flow | One kind of lead (say, tile roof quotes): where those leads come from and where they go. Always written in full, never "flow" alone. |
| Lead source | A way leads come in: a form, a phone line, a WhatsApp chat, a Meta lead form, another tool, or added by hand. |
| Send to | A place a lead flow sends its leads: Meta, TikTok, your CRM, Telegram, a text message, a call back. |
| When ... | When a place gets a lead: when a form is sent, when a call is rated Hot, when a lead is Won, and so on. |
| Needs review | Something arrived but could not be added as a lead. Nothing is thrown away; fix the reason, then try again. |
| Lead | One person in one lead flow, with everything that happened to them. |
| Sent | Every time a lead was sent somewhere, and whether it arrived. It shows on the lead's own page. |
| Another tool | Any other software that sends or receives leads by web address (Zapier, a CRM). |
| Platform | The ad platform a lead came from: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Unknown. |
| Captured on | Where the lead's details were taken: Snapchat form, Landing page, Other tool, Voice, WhatsApp, By hand. |

| Key saved | The key or token you entered is stored safely and is never shown again. |
Words ScalingDeck does not use, because they mean something else to marketers: funnel, campaign (for anything but an ad campaign), pipeline, destination, journey.
